Harvested 50% from the Bellamay Vineyard and 50% from the K-Vista Vineyard both in Keremeos. Harvested on October 26th. Brix: 26.0 pH: 3.61 T/A: 6.4 Fermented in stainless steel for 9 days, pumped over twice daily. Aged in 80% French oak from the forest; Fontainebleau, Darnay & Jupille, 20% in American oak for 14 months. Bottled on November 4, 2010
