Harvested October 28th 50% from Middle Bench Keremeos & 50% from Osoyoos Lake Bench. Brix: 25.6 pH: 3.75 T/A: 6.8 Fermented in Stainless steel, punched down three times per day. Pressed off after 6 days and barreled in 80% Frenck oak all from the Forest Bertrange and 20% American oak. Aged for 11 months in barrels.
